Yes. Every basket, ceramic, lamp, carving and textile in our collection is made by hand by skilled artisans. That means each one is unique - slight variations in size, color and texture are the natural signature of handmade work, not defects.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 3-7 business days with tracking. We ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
If a piece is not right for your home, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization. Items must be unused in original packaging. If something arrives damaged, send a photo to support@velova.shop and we will make it right immediately.
How do I care for natural materials?
Keep woven baskets dry and dust them with a soft cloth; wash stoneware in the dishwasher unless noted; dust carved wood with a dry microfiber cloth. Each product page includes a care guide under Details.
Will my ceramic or basket look exactly like the photo?
Close, but not identical - and that is the point. Because every piece is handmade, small differences in glaze pooling, fiber tone or carving detail make your piece one of a kind.
