1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and unwashed.
  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • You must provide the original proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt). Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@velova.shop within the 30-day return window. In your email, please include:

  • Your Velova LLC order number.
  • The specific item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Return Shipping Velova LLC provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure your item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refunds Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • No restocking fee will be applied to your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item separately.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@velova.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item. We will work promptly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.

8. Order Cancellation You may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@velova.shop. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to our standard return policy.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Method & Time: We offer Standard Shipping, which usually delivers within 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Shipping Cost: All orders placed on velova.shop qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
  • Shipping Limitations: Velova LLC currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
